• Plants may vary depending on stock status, species/genus and pots, provided that they are the same family/family. In this case, the most similar product with plants and pots from the same family is sent.

• Rosa nigrum flowers are made by hand in our flower workshops in Istanbul. As with all other handmade products, variations in craftsmanship can occur, giving each design a unique appearance. Each flower is unique because it is prepared individually.

• Our delivery option is only valid for Istanbul.

• Our standard delivery hours are 10:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 20:00.

• Delivery time for standard shipments is approximately 3 to 4 hours following your order time, depending on traffic conditions and schedule.

• Orders placed after 16:00 on the same day are automatically delivered the next day.

• Special delivery time requests outside these hours will be included in the program as VIP Delivery. VIP Delivery fee is an additional 1500 TL. You can contact our sales consultants via our WhatsApp lines.

• Mother's Day, Women's Day, Valentine's Day, Teachers' Day, Father's Day etc. On special occasions, delivery is made during the day.

• Shipping fee to Istanbul's distant districts of Arnavutköy, Avcılar, Büyükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Çatalca, Esenyurt, Kartal, Pendik, Silivri, Sultanbeyli, Sultangazi and Tuzla districts is 550 TL. After completing your order; The paid shipping area fee is automatically sent to your e-mail address in the form of an online payment link. Orders whose payment process is not completed will be cancelled. There is no delivery fee for orders over 3000 TL to these regions. Delivery is free for places other than the above districts.

• The only shipment of cosmetics, food and textile products is made by domestic cargo to all over Turkey.

• Since flowers are a living product (non-durable consumer goods) and specially designed, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

• BUYER accepts in advance that the product he purchased is a living product (non-durable consumer goods) and that returns and exchanges are not possible.

• There are no exchanges or returns on MacKenzie-Childs products. These products, which come into contact with water, flowers and food, are prepared within the framework of personal preferences.

• The BUYER has no legal right of withdrawal for the goods prepared in line with his wishes or clearly personal needs.

• For the Buyer who cannot be found at the delivery address; The Sender or Receiver phone numbers included in the system shared during the order are accessed. Information is given about the safe area to be delivered (security, communications, doorstep delivery, etc.). If it cannot be reached, delivery is made to the safe area without approval.

• If the product(s) cannot be reached or the product(s) sent are not received/accepted, the order will not be canceled or refunded. Likewise, in orders with confidential sender information, if the recipient does not accept the product(s), the order will not be canceled or refunded.

• No refunds or exchanges can be made for Workshops where a reservation change request is not made at least 24 hours in advance. The workshop change date can be postponed for 1 month, otherwise no refund can be made.

• In workshops, hours and days are determined by mutual agreement.
